We had an incredible experience at the Tea & Experience Factory. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location in the center of the island was perfect, surrounded by tea plantations and offering a cool and refreshing temperature. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, giving us the energy we needed for the day.

This unique tea experience in Sri Lanka's tea plantations was one of the highlights of our holiday. We enjoyed the chance to participate in every step of the tea-making process and even got a bag of tea to take home as a souvenir. The location was also amazing, with cool temperatures and stunning views.

Getting to the hotel was quite an adventure, as the last 5 km of the road was a bit rough and not suitable for vans. It would have been better to have been warned about this beforehand.

The location of the hotel is breathtaking with stunning views of the mountains and tea plantations. the experience of plucking tea and participating in the tea, making process was unique and unforgettable. the meals provided were delicious and authentic to the local cuisine.

The road leading to the hotel can be challenging and may require a vehicle suitable for rough terrain. this added to the adventurous and off, the, beaten, path feel of the location.

We had the opportunity to pluck tea leaves and witness the transformation process firsthand. the view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the food was delicious. the highlight was receiving a bag of tea as a souvenir.
